Executive Brief: Artificial Intelligence

Overview

During this two-day Executive Brief, we will comprehensively explore Artificial Intelligence from a management perspective. In addition, we will dive into the uses and implementations of machine and deep learning models that are in use today, skills required to take advantage of the technology such that it benefits an entire array of organizational goals to exponentially improve productivity.

There is a technological revolution happening, changing all aspects of our daily lives. AI (Artificial Intelligence) has penetrated deep into our activities, interactions, professions, comforts, and experiences.

Deep learning is a machine learning technique that teaches computers to do what comes naturally to humans: learn by example. Deep learning is a key technology behind driverless cars, enabling them to recognize a stop sign or to distinguish a pedestrian from a lamppost. It is the key to voice control in consumer devices like phones, tablets, TVs, and hands-free speakers. Deep learning is getting lots of attention lately and for good reason. It’s achieving results that were not possible before.

• Provide multiple examples where AI is in use today.
• Describe the characteristics of AI, ML, & DL
• Provide business use-cases for AI, ML, & DL.
• Discuss, in detail, on how to select the appropriate AI strategy for a given business case?
• Describe AI modelling.
• Discuss AI strategies as it relates to data and automation.
• Provide clear decision-points that help determine best applications where AI would be beneficial and, conversely, where it would not be worthwhile the effort.
